Founded in 2022 and proudly owned and led by Mr. Mohammadreza Aslan, Parseh Goldsmith Workshop is built upon more than 18 years of hands-on experience in gold and silver jewellery manufacturing. Mr. Aslan’s journey began with intensive training in casting and moulding techniques, followed by years of experience in procurement, supplier development, contract management, and workshop operations. His early exposure to every stage of production laid the foundation for a deep technical understanding of the craft and the business behind it.

About the Founder
Mr. Mohammadreza Aslan is the Founder and Executive Director of Parseh Goldsmith Workshop, bringing more than 18 years of hands-on experience in jewellery design and manufacturing. His career reflects a deep commitment to craftsmanship, operational excellence, and continuous professional growth within the gold and silver jewellery industry.
Mr. Aslan began his professional journey as an intern at a respected gold production workshop, where he gained foundational knowledge in casting, moulding, and production techniques for gold and silver. During this early stage, he was actively involved in processing purchase and sales contracts, organizing financial documentation, and learning every step of the manufacturing process. This immersive experience allowed him to develop a strong technical understanding of both the artistry and operational structure of a jewellery workshop.
As his expertise grew, Mr. Aslan took on greater responsibilities in procurement and distribution management. He successfully identified profitable suppliers, established strategic business partnerships, approved purchasing decisions, supervised product delivery, and managed procurement costs with a long-term efficiency strategy. His ability to combine technical skills with business acumen enabled him to strengthen operational performance and improve overall production standards.
With a solid vocational background and a continuous passion for innovation in jewellery design, Mr. Aslan has developed outstanding technical and managerial capabilities. His leadership is defined by precision, discipline, creativity, and a clear entrepreneurial vision—qualities that form the foundation of Parseh Goldsmith Workshop’s ongoing growth and success.
